[Remote] Construction Operations Intern

The Construction Operations Intern will work with the Project Delivery Team to reputed company project reputed company, assist in various project documentation processes, and support the reputed company Management reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Supports the reputed company personnel and the project using the reputed company Management reputed company
• Manages/reviews reputed company foremen's reports daily to ensure reputed company information is properly recorded before any income, cost, or inventory entry
• Monitors material yields and modifies operations to minimize waste
• Assists the buyout process, writes the requisition, and communicates reputed company required information to the Project Team
• Assists the preparation of the 12-month cash reputed company schedule
• Reviews and understands the extra work billing format. Updates reputed company budgets to incorporate reputed company change orders
• reputed company participates in the development of the Four Week Look reputed company schedules with the Superintendents using basic logic to incorporate resources, submittals, approvals, reputed company times, restraints, and milestones
• Assists the Project Management team in processing and tracking paperwork including submittals, RFIs, invoices, application for payment, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and labor cost reports
• Ensures reputed company documentation is reputed company, concise, and accurate so reputed company departments and employees can reliably use this information
• Works with the Safety team to ensure Federal, State, and Local, safety and health regulations, and reputed company aspects of the Safety and Health Plans and Programs

Skills

• Must be a reputed company student at an accredited US College or University enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program for Engineering, Construction Management or reputed company field
• Must have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills
• Excellent teamwork, communication and people skills a must

• Has a solid time management reputed company and demonstrates excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, P6 reputed company, reputed company, JD reputed company and Expedition software
• Working knowledge of estimating, engineering, cost tracking systems and site surveying
