The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and support teams to produce reputed company and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, release notes, knowledge reputed company articles, FAQs, and API documentation
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company technical information
• reputed company process documentation, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
• Document software features, workflows, reputed company architecture, and technical specifications
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and reputed company with organizational standards
• Review and update existing documentation based on product changes and user feedback
• Manage documentation repositories and version control
• Support product releases by preparing release notes and customer-facing documentation
• Follow documentation best practices, style guides, and content governance
• Assist in creating visual content such as diagrams, flowcharts, and screenshots where required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 2–6 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or IT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts
• Experience creating API documentation and developer guides is preferred
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Word, reputed company FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Markdown, or Git
• Familiarity with reputed company/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to understand reputed company technical concepts and explain them reputed company
• Certification in Technical Writing or Technical Communication
