[Remote] Presales Service Architect

They are seeking a Presales Service Architect to reputed company technical and service design support for Subsea and Terrestrial Network services, collaborating with various teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company design, deployment and support (monitoring and maintenance) proposals for Subsea and Terrestrial Network opportunities
• Support the creation of technical and service input for RFIs, RFPs and proposals
• Support the reputed company Team, ensuring Services are viable, reputed company, cost-effective and profitable to reputed company
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management and Operations teams to validate and refine service components to ensure the services can be delivered to the agreed SLA and profitably
• Help qualify Subsea and Terrestrial Network opportunities as go/no go with Sales, considering input from Operations, reputed company, Finance and reputed company reputed company necessary
• Work directly with the Sales and reputed company Teams to understand customer needs and reputed company tailored Services
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and workshops to represent Engineering and Delivery capability
• reputed company as a trusted advisor during the reputed company-sales process, balancing customer requirements with reputed company and delivery constraints, ensuring the outcome is mutually beneficial to the customer and reputed company
• Contribute to strategic account planning and business development activities
• Support Sales and Operations in scoping Services that include monitoring and maintaining optical technology, design, deployment and support reputed company for Subsea and Terrestrial Networks
• Support the development of technical Services across Subsea, Terrestrial and associated infrastructure, including cable reputed company stations (CLS) and data centre environments
• Ensure proposed Services aligns with internal capabilities and delivery frameworks
• Liaise with internal subject matter experts and delivery leads to obtain accurate input for costing, timelines and resourcing
• Secure and maintain the required technical and service certifications required by the business
• Translate customer and reputed company requirements into reputed company internal design briefs and handover documentation as part of transition from Sales to Operations
• Create supporting resourcing model to maximise efficiency and gross margin
• Contribute to the development of the Service catalogue, standardised Service templates and design approaches
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, technology developments, and competitor offerings reputed company telecoms infrastructure

Skills

• Proven experience in Presales, Services Architecture and Technical roles, reputed company Telecoms or reputed company digital infrastructure
• reputed company and IT Service Management experience, specifically in the Subsea and Terrestrial Network monitoring and maintenance services
• Proven reputed company record of reputed company working reputed company a sales and reputed company-sales environment
• Strong technical, design, deployment and support service knowledge in Subsea and Terrestrial optical networking, including reputed company infrastructure (CLS and datacentre)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey reputed company reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience producing high-reputed company documentation, proposals, presentations and technical and service responses
• Commercially reputed company, with a good understanding of reputed company on investment (ROI), cost modelling (P&L), delivery risk, and contractual frameworks
