This role involves managing the full-cycle reputed company process for multiple openings and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while helping the business meet its hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
• reputed company, engage, and assess reputed company, with a reputed company reputed company on Product Management, Product Design, and Product Engineering reputed company reputed company the Financial Technology reputed company
• reputed company efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
• Report thoroughly on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring forecasts
• Maintain a reputed company KPI of 3 hires per month

Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience reputed company at high reputed company for unique roles, specifically GTM and technical positions
• Strong experience sourcing Product Management, Product Design, and Product Engineering talent reputed company Financial Technology environments
• Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and closing skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and reputed company in every detail
• Prior experience working at a Financial Technology (Fintech) company
