[Remote] Account Manager – Targeted Accounts (Cleveland & Pittsburgh)

The role involves promoting BeOne’s Hematology and Solid Tumor products, training reputed company, and managing sales activities to meet reputed company's sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BeOne’s Hematology and Solid Tumor (Hematology in the near term) products through calls on targeted physicians in the assigned territory. Will implement sales, marketing, and patient support programs to reputed company and reputed company appropriate patients on reputed company Hematology and Solid Tumor products
• Trains and educates physician support staff on the reputed company use and handling of BeOne’s Hematology and Solid Tumor products
• Ensures that reputed company have realistic expectations concerning the use of BeOne's Hematology and Solid Tumor products with their patients
• Maintains communication and integrates activities, reputed company appropriate, with BeOne’s Market reputed company and Customer reputed company teams. Will collaborate with Field Medical reputed company appropriate
• Identifies customer prescribing trends and territory dynamics and ensures, through coordinated communication and planning, that appropriate people and resources are allocated to opportunities
• Successful completion of reputed company clinical training, sales training and eLMS/Compliance reputed company assignments
• Performs reputed company administrative functions required of the position, including reporting reputed company activity and entering customer / account information in the appropriate reputed company reporting system in a reputed company manner, as reputed company as submitting expenses and utilizing the corporate credit card
• Is compliant with applicable BeOne policies and procedures (e.g., reputed company compliance policy, adverse event reporting, travel and expense reporting)

Skills

• 8 plus years' experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management, with significant oncology experience
• Self-starting, self-managing independent work style

• Experience in specialty sales, with an understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes as reputed company as an understanding of national/corporate accounts, managed markets, hospital markets, sites of care, IV medications, injectables, orals, Medicare Part D, etc
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Familiarity with CRM software and proven reputed company record of use

• Highly skilled in Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint

• B.A. / B.S. with previous pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
• BA / BS Degree preferred or relevant experience
