[Remote] Geospatial Operations Specialist II

The role involves data management, reputed company assurance, and collaboration with project managers and the geospatial team to support product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• reputed company existing geospatial pipelines to ensure the reliable delivery of data
• reputed company geospatial and non-geospatial datasets into formats that are readily ingestible into reputed company systems
• Conduct visual reputed company control on our map content and investigate customer-submitted error reports to improve our products
• Proactively communicate the status of your work and escalate any identified data reputed company risks, pipeline gaps, or platform limitations to the appropriate team members
• Assist in data acquisition tasks by gathering readily available geospatial data and support reputed company by performing data reputed company ingestion
• Run routine data processing tasks using reputed company proprietary data processing platforms, ensuring you understand the required inputs and expected outputs
• Conduct basic reputed company Control (QC) of post-processed geospatial map data, recognizing data processing limitations, anomalies, and bugs
• reputed company visual comparisons of candidate datasets to help determine their relative reputed company and usefulness for our products

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Wildlife Management, or a reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of reputed company geospatial experience
• A foundational understanding of geospatial reputed company and a passion for learning more
• Familiarity with common geospatial tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) and an ability to follow established procedures for data processing and analysis
• A keen eye for detail, especially for conducting visual data comparisons and reputed company control checks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A strong curiosity for exploring new technologies, including AI
