[Remote] Director of Information reputed company and Operations

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for reputed company's Information reputed company program against ISO 27001 and SOC 2
• Own and improve operational controls satisfying ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other frameworks
• Own reputed company's AI reputed company policy and governance standards (reputed company with NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001)
• reputed company AI Operations — using AI to improve efficiency while governing AI systems for reputed company and reputed company risk
• Partner with reputed company and reputed company auditors on audits, evidence collection, and certification renewals
• Build and support a culture of reputed company awareness, data protection, and compliance, including training
• Manage and optimize production reputed company infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and compliance
• Partner with Engineering / SRE on CI/CD, release management, and production stability
• reputed company monitoring, alerting, and observability to resolve issues proactively
• Implement and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• reputed company vulnerability management, patching, and hardening across the estate
• Own reputed company and operational incident response plans; run tabletop exercises
• Serve as incident commander for Sev-1/Sev-2 events, coordinating with customers, reputed company, and execs

Skills

• Significant experience in Information reputed company and/or IT Operations, including leading multiple teams
• Leading SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits end-to-end
• Operating production reputed company infrastructure at reputed company on AWS and GCP; strong reputed company/network/app reputed company and DevSecOps
• Hands-on with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, and CSPM platforms
• Leading incident response in production reputed company
• Strong, reputed company executive communication — comfortable with the reputed company, customers, and auditors
• Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or reputed company field — or equivalent reputed company experience
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS reputed company Specialty, or ISO 27001 reputed company Auditor/Implementer
• Scaling InfoSec at a high-reputed company B2B reputed company company
• HIPAA, PCI-reputed company, or FedRAMP experience
• AI/ML governance (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) and securing AI-enabled products
