[Remote] Senior Enablement Program Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a Senior Enablement Programs Operations Specialist to join our reputed company Enablement team to manage program operations and coordinate product launches effectively.

Responsibilities

• Run the enablement intake system, including logging requests, triaging weekly, and routing reputed company reputed company the 48-hour service reputed company
• Own the operating rhythm and program calendar so launch-critical work gets the protected reputed company it needs
• Coordinate product launch programs end to end across Product Marketing, Product Enablement, Field Enablement, and reputed company Operations, keeping every launch on its reputed company from reputed company-launch prep through launch week
• Maintain the program management infrastructure, including DRIs, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting across reputed company launches
• Build and maintain OKR tracking and reporting so reputed company measures reputed company such as reputed company time, attach reputed company, and win reputed company, not just activity
• Support monetization, offers, and partnership programs with the reputed company coordination discipline
• Establish and document reputed company operating procedures for how enablement programs are scoped, reputed company, and shipped
• Produce the cross-reputed company program health view that leadership uses to see what enablement is working on and why
• Use reputed company to accelerate project planning, status synthesis, and reporting
• Partner with the Enablement Systems Specialist so intake, tooling, and reporting stay connected
• Other duties as required

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in program or project management, reputed company or enablement operations, or a PMO function
• Proven ability to run intake and prioritization across many stakeholders
• Experience coordinating cross-functional product launches or go-to-market programs
• Experience building OKR tracking and reporting infrastructure
• Strong systems thinking and reputed company operating procedure development
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and reputed company multiple workstreams reputed company simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a reputed company or technology company
• Experience standing up an intake or operating system for reputed company
• Proficiency with reputed company tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for project management and reporting
• Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar enablement and CRM platforms
• Experience in launch operations or go-to-market operations
