Business Analyst - Marketing, Sales and Communications

Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a reputed company discipline • 5-8 years of experience • Strong data analysis skills, including skills to rapidly learn new data assets. • Business process skills, including process mapping, process management, project management, strategic thinking and change leadership. • A high degree of efficiency and proficiency in understanding business processes and reshaping processes while integrating new technology solutions. • Experience with end-user systems support. Including diagnosing, researching, and resolving end-user issues. • Ability to quickly learn systems purpose, process, and potential to reputed company a high level of systems support, long-term viability, and continual improvements. • Deep interest in technology and innovation and how it impacts the business. • Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills to isolate problems, recommend solutions, and implementation of solutions. • Experience leading system solution direction with an emphasis on business architecture, process reengineering, and long-term maintainability. • Excellent communication management; critical thinking abilities; oral, written, and graphic communication skills. • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a reputed company team environment. • Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate with various reputed company of leadership. • Proficient in MS office • Ability to travel as needed (~10%).
