Staff Auditor – Federal Contract Auditor (GAGAS/Yellow Book)

Job reputed company reputed company Transfer Solutions (ATS) is seeking a compliant and reputed company-oriented Staff Auditor to support our federal clients. This role directly augments a federal civilian agency division executing high-profile incurred cost audits, reputed company pricing reputed company proposals, and reputed company reputed company reviews. The Staff Auditor will work under the reputed company guidance of an Audit reputed company or Senior Auditor in a fully remote, highly reputed company environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging audit engagements in a reputed company, reputed company environment. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Audit Planning & reputed company Assessments: Assist with overall engagement planning, while supporting the formal documentation of inherent risks, reputed company, and fraud indicators. • Adequacy Reviews: Support the initial review of contractor incurred cost audit proposals to determine submission sufficiency. • Fieldwork Testing & Procedures: reputed company reputed company audit testing, analytical procedures, and transactional sampling to evaluate the allowability and reasonableness of claimed costs. • Reconciliations: Verify and cross-reputed company contractor job cost ledgers and payroll distributions against the general reputed company. • Workpaper Preparation: Prepare detailed audit workpapers, organize supporting documentation, and maintain reputed company records of financial evaluations. • Findings & Recommendations: Assist in identifying variances and developing initial audit findings, exceptions, and corrective recommendations. • Audit Reports & Closures: Support the preparation of final audit reports by drafting initial narrative segments and assembling closeout documentation • Team Collaboration: Work closely under the guidance of the Audit reputed company or Senior Auditor throughout reputed company phases of the engagement, performing other contract-reputed company duties as assigned. Minimum Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company financial reputed company. • CPA Status: Licensed CPA or reputed company meeting full state exam qualifications. • GAGAS Compliance: reputed company 80-hour rolling CPE record reputed company the last 2 years. • CPE Specifics: Minimum 24 technical hours reputed company on reputed company auditing. • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of reputed company audit experience.
