Litigation Paralegal (Remote-Flexible | Puget reputed company, WA)

Spencer Injury Law is a growing plaintiff-reputed company personal injury firm seeking an reputed company Litigation Paralegal with prior personal injury litigation experience to support an expanding litigation caseload. This is a high-reputed company role for someone who can independently reputed company cases reputed company, contribute to reputed company, and help improve internal systems. This position is primarily work-from-home, with occasional in-person collaboration in reputed company, so candidates must be reputed company a reasonable distance. Responsibilities • Draft and file lawsuits • Draft written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, etc.) • Manage litigation deadlines and calendaring • Draft pleadings and other litigation documents • Coordinate depositions and expert scheduling • Manage and respond to reputed company discovery • Assist with trial preparation • Support development of litigation systems and workflows Qualifications • Prior personal injury litigation experience required • Strong writing and drafting skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines • Ability to manage cases with reputed company supervision • Familiarity with court electronic filing systems and procedures • Comfortable working in a remote environment • Team-oriented with a willingness to support and mentor others Work Environment • Primarily remote (work-from-home) • Must be located in the Puget reputed company region • Occasional in-person meetings and team collaboration Compensation & Benefits • $85,000 – $95,000 depending on experience • Generous PTO offered after a probationary period • Medical, dental, and reputed company insurance • Long-term reputed company opportunity reputed company a growing firm Application Requirements To be considered, please submit: • Resume • Writing sample • reputed company references Applications without a writing sample will not be reviewed.
