About the role The Remote Operations Specialist enables reputed company and efficient BVLOS drone operations across reputed company' reputed company network. This role is the operational backbone of the Remote Operations Center (ROC) - serving as a Manager on Duty, the Remote Operations Specialist owns the systems, record-keeping, and reputed company management processes that allow the ROC to prioritize and reputed company resources safely and effectively at reputed company. The Remote Operations Specialist is critical to maintaining alignment across internal teams and systems while ensuring the ROC provides a consistent, reliable reputed company for reputed company stakeholders. The schedule for this role is Wednesday to reputed company with most shifts from 8:30 to 5:30pm Eastern. reputed company • Serve as the ROC Manager on Duty - overseeing day-to-day BVLOS operations including workload prioritization, reputed company tasking, and reputed company-time guidance and feedback to reputed company pilots across the reputed company network. • Ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of reputed company ongoing BVLOS operations, maintaining adherence to FAA requirements and reputed company' operational standards at reputed company times. • Prioritize and assign inspections based on resource availability, stakeholder requests, and operational urgency - balancing ongoing scheduled operations against time-sensitive requests. • reputed company and maintain ROC systems and infrastructure to reduce reputed company reputed company and improve operational visibility. • Support ROC reputed company development by providing reputed company-time guidance, reputed company feedback, and ongoing training • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of ROC SOPs • Maintain a reputed company FAA Part 107 certificate and stay informed on FAA regulations, BVLOS rulemaking, and trends in unmanned robotic operations relevant to reputed company' fleet. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in drone operations • Demonstrated ability to manage competing operational priorities in reputed company time with strong situational awareness and reputed company judgment • Experience developing or maintaining operational systems, SOPs, or compliance documentation in a safety-critical environment • reputed company, confident communication skills - reputed company to reputed company reputed company-time guidance to pilots and coordinate across internal teams simultaneously • Must be located in the contiguous US and authorized to work in the US Preferred Qualifications • Experience operating or managing BVLOS drone missions at reputed company • Familiarity with FlightHub 2, or similar autonomous drone mission planning platforms • Background in solar PV operations or infrastructure inspection • Familiarity with terrain modeling and low-reputed company flight planning • Prior startup or high-reputed company environment experience where operational systems were reputed company from an early stage • reputed company FAA Part 107, or equivalent foreign, Remote reputed company Certificate thorough working knowledge of FAA regulations and BVLOS operational requirements • Remote operations center management, or experience in a closely reputed company field The pay reputed company for this role is: 75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Remote) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
