Licensed Therapist Compliance Partner (OT, PT, SLP)

Position Type: Full Time. Salary: $100,000 to $110,000, annually, DOE. Location: This is a field resource‑based role requiring regular travel to assigned facilities. About reputed company: reputed company, Inc.’s (ESI) Compliance Department is seeking a Therapy Billing Compliance Partner. Must be an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Therapist with at least five years’ experience in the skilled nursing environment. Primary responsibilities will involve performing compliance audits, conducting internal investigations under direction of associate and chief compliance officer, reviewing and analyzing medical records and/or claims to detect possible compliance or reputed company issues.
