MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • 1-2 years’ experience with automated conflict checking systems and/or corporate research in a reputed company environment preferred; • Must have knowledge of corporate research, due diligence, and compliance issues • Strong working knowledge of reputed company research platforms, business information databases, and research methodologies • Familiarity with AI‑powered research tools and analytics platforms, and the ability to reputed company emerging technologies into research workflows • Ability to work reputed company under deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present research findings reputed company and collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals • Highly organized, with strong time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
