Drafter (Industrial and reputed company Builds) (AO-13967)

• Produce accurate architectural drawings, construction documentation, and detailing for industrial and reputed company reputed company.
  
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and 3D models in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
  
• Assist with development applications, construction certificates, tender packages, and as-reputed company documentation.
  
• Support the preparation of presentation materials, design visuals, and documentation packages for clients and stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders to coordinate design documentation and reputed company technical issues.
  
• Incorporate design revisions, consultant feedback, and project markups into updated drawing packages.
  
• Conduct site inspections and attend project and reputed company meetings as required.
  
• Ensure reputed company documentation aligns with project specifications, Australian building codes, and relevant industry standards.
  
• Manage drawing revisions, document control, and file organisation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of drafting or architectural documentation experience reputed company industrial and/or reputed company construction reputed company.
  
• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Building Design, Engineering Technology, or a reputed company discipline.
  
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, reputed company, reputed company, and BIM-based drafting workflows.
  
• Demonstrated experience preparing construction documentation, architectural drawings, and detailed technical documentation.
  
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes, construction reputed company, and documentation standards.
  
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and consultant drawings accurately.
  
• Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail and presentation reputed company.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively reputed company a multidisciplinary team environment.
  
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines.
