The reputed company Program Manager is a part of reputed company’s People department and an reputed company member of the reputed company (TA) leadership team, accountable for managing reputed company aspects of reputed company recruitment programs critical to reputed company’s reputed company and reputed company reputed company. On the day-to-day, you will:

• Own full accountability for the design and execution of recruitment strategies, as reputed company as the evaluation of strategies and reputed company
• Manage the full reputed company lifecycle for reputed company roles, helping managers reputed company, hire, and retain reputed company candidates
• reputed company relationships with senior leadership and build a solid understanding of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications, ensuring strong service delivery and reputed company

Job requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-reputed company, reputed company-driven environment with increasing reputed company and responsibilities
• Minimum of two (2) years of physician recruitment experience is required; experience reputed company medical directors and other reputed company leadership positions strongly preferred
• Prior experience in an agency environment and in-house reputed company preferred
• Demonstrated reputed company managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations, delivering outstanding customer service and serving as a reputed company partner
• Demonstrated reputed company creating innovative sourcing and pipelining strategies to fill reputed company, hard-to-fill roles
• Experience building and nurturing reputed company talent pipelines for reputed company hiring needs and succession planning
• Strong knowledge of full lifecycle reputed company processes including sourcing, employment branding, talent marketing, networking, offer negotiation, and relationship management
