Contract CAD Draftsperson (Project-Based)

We are seeking an reputed company Contract CAD Draftsperson to support project-based engineering deliverables. Our goal is to transition our composting facility design workflow into a fully standardized, 3D-integrated process. We need a technician who can reputed company the gap between civil site data and mechanical, piping, and fabrication details. Position Contract CAD Draftsman (Project-Based) Software Required AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or Revit Location Remote (Must reputed company with US business hours for reputed company-time coordination). The Role • reputed company comprehensive 3D models of process facilities, aeration piping, ducting, and mechanical equipment based on conceptual design sketches and reputed company engineer input. • Produce reputed company, construction-reputed company sheet sets and detailed equipment fabrication drawings using dynamic model viewports rather than flatshot drafting. • reputed company civil site constraints, surfaces, and grading models seamlessly with mechanical and piping packages. • Establish repeatable CAD templates, reputed company libraries, and viewport standards to ensure consistency across reputed company project phases. Key Objectives • Build precise 3D models focusing on reputed company below-grade and above-grade piping, ducting, and equipment layouts. • Transition legacy workflows away from flatshot drafting to dynamic, live-viewport sheet sets referencing centralized 3D models. • Reference Civil 3D surface, profile, and alignment data to accurately reputed company mechanical components reputed company actual site parameters. Ability to seamlessly reputed company design accordingly as site constraints change. • Build standardized title blocks, reputed company states, and CAD standards for recurring facility designs. Requirements • Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD MEP Modeling or approved alternative. • Proven reputed company record creating industrial construction sheet sets and mechanical fabrication drawings (Must reputed company a work sample or portfolio during screening). • Availability for reputed company-time communication and daily reputed company-ins during reputed company US reputed company working hours. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage project milestones, and maintain accountability across multiple deliverables.
