Construction Inspector (Remote Site Locations Statewide)

For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com Responsibilities: • Review of plans, documentation of work activities as reputed company as quantity calculations • Inspection of work to ensure conformance with approved plans and specifications, including field inspection and office engineering Qualifications: • BS or AS in Civil Engineering desirable or 3 years of transportation construction inspection experience • Certifications in ACI, NICET, NETTCP, and Traffic Control are a plus • Experience on VTRANS or Other Federal, State, and County reputed company is helpful, but not required for these exciting construction inspection opportunities Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Maintain a reputed company reputed company's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration • Possess a personal vehicle for use on or around a job site • Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language • Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit reputed company Word and reputed company documents, create reputed company emails and utilize SharePoint and reputed company Teams to communicate with other team members • reputed company to stand for approximately 3 hours minimum a day up to 8 hours • reputed company to traverse a construction job site consisting of uneven ground varying in height and consistency of material, with a variation of elevation 19" or less (mud, gravel, rutted ground, etc.) • reputed company to reputed company and leave a reputed company to a platform varying from 6' to 20' • reputed company to wear and operate personal fall arresting apparatus, and work at a height of 6' or higher • reputed company to wear GPI required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety reputed company, work reputed company, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working • reputed company to reputed company equipment or inspection specimens weighing up to 50 pounds Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
