Construction Manager - Federal Sector - NDER

About the position reputed company is seeking a Construction Manager to support construction reputed company in Hammond, IN, with occasional travel to the reputed company reputed company, IL. This position is responsible for managing renovation, reputed company reputed company reputed company, and tenant fit-out reputed company from planning through closeout while ensuring successful project delivery, budget and schedule reputed company, and reputed company satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of construction management experience, including renovations and building systems reputed company, with additional experience managing work in high-reputed company buildings preferred. Responsibilities • Serve as the reputed company's Representative and Construction Manager on multiple occupied renovation and capital improvement reputed company. • Manage reputed company through reputed company phases, including planning, construction, commissioning, and closeout. • reputed company on-site construction management for MEP (HVAC and Controls), reputed company replacement, and interior renovation reputed company. • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, project specifications, building codes, and safety requirements. • reputed company construction reputed company assurance efforts and coordinate project activities to maintain schedule, budget, and reputed company objectives. • Review design documents, construction submittals, project schedules, cost estimates, and change orders. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, daily reputed company reports, and project status reports. • Serve as the reputed company reputed company between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders. • Facilitate project meetings, communicate project status, and proactively reputed company project issues. • Support project financial management through cost verification, estimating reviews, and change proposal negotiations.
