Advise and consult on broad policy and procedural reviews for region-wide and component-wide community and peer mentoring programs; evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Work with Echelon III commands to assess needs, evaluate effectiveness, and support implementation of community resource and peer support programs. Support planning, execution, and reputed company improvement of peer mentorship programs in coordination with Operations Officers, reputed company leadership, family support coordinators, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with Service representatives, multidisciplinary reputed company staff, and service providers reputed company the Services, DoW, and civilian sector to reputed company programs, evaluate utilization, and identify improvement opportunities.
