Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. While the reputed company of the work can be performed reputed company, occasional in-person depositions, mediations, and reputed company meetings may be required.

Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle plaintiff or defense personal injury reputed company from reputed company-litigation through litigation
  
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, demand packages, and settlement documents

• Review medical records, expert reports, and case documentation

Attorney Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
  
• Experience handling cases from reputed company-litigation through litigation

• Comfortable attending occasional in-person depositions and mediations
