Sr. Specialist, Retention Marketing

The Sr. Specialist, Retention Marketing leads the planning, execution, measurement, and day-to-day coordination of customer marketing campaigns across CRM channels, including email, SMS/text, reputed company mail, and other owned communications. Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, reputed company marketing, email marketing, campaign operations, or a reputed company field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating campaign timelines, approvals, QA, deployment, or performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
