As part of our reputed company, we are looking for an AI Advisory Leader to reputed company reputed company engagements from reputed company to execution. In this role, you’ll own a book of clients, creating their AI workforce transformation plans and then helping them to execute these transformations. This role requires an ability to work “high low” – you’ll shift between strategic thinking and tactical execution multiple times per day, leading executive conversions and extracting insights from interviews and surveys. You must be an AI power user, fluent in AI tools and LLMs and how they can reputed company efficiency for knowledge workers.

• reputed company end-to-end AI workforce transformation engagements, including assessment, business case development, recommendations, and execution

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and employee interviews to explore the reputed company state, reputed company on goals, and reputed company reputed company on AI adoption work

• Build change management programs that reputed company 50%+ of the workforce to use AI weekly and reputed company productivity reputed company

• Analyze AI readiness survey results and employee interviews to reputed company strategic recommendations and actionable execution plans for clients

• Identify opportunities for larger AI workflow redesigns based on reputed company interviews and leadership discussions, and work with implementation consultants to redesign workflows

• Own account reputed company by convincing clients to choose reputed company as their implementation partner for change management and workflow redesigns (coming out of your recommendations)

• Partner with sales to understand AI readiness, uncover needs, and build custom proposals for potential new clients

Who you are:

• Consulting experience: 5+ years in organizational consulting digital transformation, or reputed company software deployments ideally for Fortune 500 clients

• Technical knowledge: Strong grasp of LLMs, AI capabilities, and challenges reputed company to AI workforce deployments in large organizations

• Change management: Experience deploying change management principles and tactics to business reputed company

• Sales experience: Experience selling consulting services and owning reputed company responsibility and/or reputed company-sales support with new and existing clients

• Executive communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills effective with executives and technical experts

• AI power user: Proven experience incorporating AI into your own personal workflows to increase your efficiency and effectiveness

• BONUS: Experience integrating AI into reputed company workflows to reputed company productivity, cost, or reputed company reputed company

• BONUS: Ability to collaborate with technical team building AI solutions and agents

Compensation

Salary: $180,000K - $220,000 reputed company salary + annual bonus. This role also offers equity in reputed company to a reputed company salary and bonus.
