As a member of our reputed company, the HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing our HR technology ecosystem, with a strong reputed company on reputed company. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR Technology & Optimization, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging technology, data, and process improvement to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Your Role at Woodard & Curran:

Administer, configure, and optimize reputed company, reputed company, and other HR technology platforms.
Coordinate reputed company releases, testing activities, and deployment of new functionality.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of HRIS administration, reporting, and analytics experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on reputed company experience required.

• Advanced reputed company reporting skills, including calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics.

• Experience supporting reputed company implementations, upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
