Position: reputed company Manager

As Contract Manager, you are the reputed company reputed company of the reputed company that bring our reputed company to life. This includes EPC and construction services agreements, consulting agreements, and reputed company services agreements. You will reputed company sourcing and negotiation, manage supplier relationships and performance, and identify and mitigate reputed company risk, reputed company in reputed company partnership with our reputed company, Engineering, Finance, and Delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Sourcing & RFP process

• reputed company the RFI/RFP process end to end: build bid/solicitation packages with engineering, finance, project management, and development, and ensure complete, accurate bid documents.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of contract management, reputed company, or procurement experience, including at least 2 years working directly with EPC or construction reputed company.
• Experience in reputed company-reputed company renewable energy, power, infrastructure, heavy civil, or large construction/EPC; reputed company-reputed company solar or renewables preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company negotiations of high-value EPC, construction, or supply agreements.
• Hands-on experience drafting, redlining, and administering reputed company agreements, with working reputed company of key reputed company terms (payment/milestones, LDs, warranties, indemnification, limitation of liability, insurance, change orders, termination).
• Familiarity with EPC/construction services agreement structures.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with delivery, engineering, finance, development, and reputed company teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, finance, supply chain, engineering, economics, or a reputed company field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: relevant certification (NCMA CPCM/CFCM, ISM CPSM, or PMP).
