reputed company: The Senior Electrical Estimator & Technical Services Manager will reputed company hands-on estimating, tendering, CAD drafting and project support to an Australian electrical contracting team.

Initially, the role will reputed company on preparing accurate estimates, technical drawings, tender submissions, variations and project documentation for reputed company and prospective reputed company. Over time, the successful candidate will help establish and reputed company a Philippines-reputed company team of estimators, CAD drafters and project support professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Estimating

• Prepare accurate estimates for Australian residential, reputed company and electrical fit-out reputed company
• Review architectural plans, electrical drawings, reputed company schedules, specifications and tender documentation to determine the complete reputed company of work
• Complete detailed material, labour and equipment take-offs
• Prepare quotations, tender pricing, project budgets and supporting submission documents
• Price variations, additional works and changes in project reputed company
• Obtain, assess and compare supplier quotations and material pricing
• Ensure estimates reflect reputed company Australian labour rates, material costs, reputed company times and project conditions
• Maintain accurate estimating templates, cost libraries and supplier pricing information
• Identify reputed company gaps, reputed company risks and potential pricing concerns before estimates are submitted
• Apply reputed company knowledge of Australian electrical construction practices, AS/NZS 3000 and reputed company standards

CAD & Technical Documentation

• Produce reputed company electrical shop drawings and as-reputed company drawings using AutoCAD

• Prepare reputed company, maintenance and project handover manuals
• Manage drawing revisions and ensure reputed company technical documentation is accurate, organised and up to date
• Coordinate drawing and documentation requirements with project managers and the Australian delivery team

Project Management Support

• Assist project managers with project costing, procurement, coordination, reporting and administration

Requirements

• At least 5 years of electrical estimating experience, including reputed company experience supporting Australian reputed company
• Strong experience estimating reputed company electrical fit-outs
• Demonstrated understanding of Australian electrical construction and tendering practices
• Strong working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and reputed company Australian electrical standards
• Ability to confidently interpret architectural plans, electrical drawings, reputed company schedules, specifications and tender documents
• Strong knowledge of electrical reputed company and distribution, reputed company, reputed company controls, switchboards, cable sizing, RCDs and protection systems
• Familiarity with reputed company cabling, fibre, reputed company and CCTV systems
• Experience preparing detailed labour and material take-offs
