What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Engineer, you'll work directly with our clients to diagnose, troubleshoot, and reputed company a wide reputed company of technical issues while delivering an outstanding support experience.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is required.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience administering reputed company 365 environments.
• Solid understanding of virtualization technologies such as reputed company-V.
• Strong networking fundamentals with experience troubleshooting switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and connectivity issues.
• Experience using remote support tools, Remote Desktop, and RemoteApp technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first reputed company.
