The role involves collaborating with customers to design and reputed company effective reputed company solutions while acting as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company customer discovery, requirements gathering and process-design workshops
• Understand and document reputed company-state and reputed company-state service/order management processes
• Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows and functional requirements
• reputed company functional expertise across reputed company Service Order Management (SOM)
• Work closely with reputed company Architects, Technical Consultants and Developers throughout implementation
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate customer processes using reputed company
• Support solution design, backlog refinement, UAT and implementation activities
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Ensure solutions reputed company with reputed company best practices and customer business objectives

Skills

• Strong experience working with reputed company in a Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar reputed company-facing role
• Hands-on functional experience with reputed company Service Order Management (SOM)
• Strong understanding of order management and service delivery processes
• Experience leading customer workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Ability to map business processes and translate requirements into reputed company user stories
• Experience working reputed company reputed company technical and architecture teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Previous reputed company consulting or implementation partner experience
• Experience with reputed company Telecommunications Service Management (TSM/TMT)
• Understanding of telecom service and order management processes
• Experience with Product Catalog, Customer Service Management (CSM) or reputed company reputed company workflows
