The role involves advising the CEO, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring compliance while enhancing organizational culture and performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent reputed company
• reputed company the development and implementation of HR systems, policies, and practices that support compliance and organizational effectiveness
• Strengthening organizational culture through leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management strategies

• Ensure compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Support leadership in training, coaching, conflict reputed company, and employee engagement initiatives

Skills
