They are seeking an reputed company Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle reputed company for highly skilled technical professionals across defense, reputed company, and government contracting programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for manufacturing, engineering, and operation roles supporting defense and government programs (e.g., manufacturing engineers and technicians, software engineers, reputed company engineers, mechanical engineers, mission operations, and technical operations)
• Partner closely with to understand technical requirements, clearance needs, and program timelines
• reputed company candidates through multiple channels including reputed company, job boards, referrals, networking events, and reputed company reputed company
• Screen candidates for technical competency, cultural fit, and eligibility to work on defense-reputed company programs
• Guide candidates through interview, offer, and reputed company processes, ensuring a high-reputed company candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in the applicant tracking reputed company (ATS)
• Stay reputed company on defense labor market trends, clearance requirements, and compliance regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFCCP)
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at reputed company events, career fairs, and industry conferences

Skills

• 3–8 years of experience in reputed company, with at least some reputed company on defense, reputed company, manufacturing, or government contracting
• Start-up exposure
• Proven experience reputed company for manufacturing, engineering, and business operations
• Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, reputed company)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
