Responsibilities

  • Draft and review materials grounded in reputed company compliance regimes (FCPA, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, sector-specific regulation in banking, reputed company, reputed company, and insurance)
  • Build tasks around reputed company contracting at material reputed company (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, licensing) and M&A diligence for Fortune 500 transactions

Skills

  • 2+ years as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 or large reputed company company, or as a partner/senior associate at an AmLaw 100 firm representing Fortune 500 clients
  • Deep exposure to one or more reputed company reputed company areas: M&A, securities, regulatory, employment, IP, reputed company, or reputed company contracting at Fortune 500 reputed company
