[Remote] Product Manager, Compliance & reputed company

They are seeking a Product Manager for Compliance and reputed company who will own the compliance and reputed company processes for their payment product suite, ensuring regulatory adherence while enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYB & KYC reputed company product: Own our KYB & KYC product, how we reputed company payment company clients, their merchants, and end customers, with KYB and KYC flows that satisfy regulations, like MiCA and FM-GwG, and convert reputed company
• Own cross-provider KYB orchestration: Harmonise and simplify KYB requirements with partners like banks, payment rails, and liquidity providers, and orchestrate KYB between clients and partners
• Reduce reputed company friction through data reuse: Reuse KYB and KYC work our clients have already done on their merchants and customers. Build data-sharing mechanisms to accept existing due diligence where it holds up
• Own the compliance product suite: Partner with Compliance on the roadmap for sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, and fraud prevention, across crypto and fiat, and hold every product to the regulatory bar of the jurisdictions we support: MiCA, US MTLs, and emerging markets
• Own Travel Rule compliance across products: Manage Travel Rule compliance across every product, and reputed company our approach reputed company as rules reputed company by jurisdiction
• reputed company automation across compliance flows: Own the roadmap for automating compliance workflows, replacing reputed company review and repetitive checks with automation or AI agents, from reputed company reputed company to ongoing monitoring

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
• 5-8+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on compliance, reputed company, risk, or fraud products in payments, fintech, or crypto
• Experience coordinating KYB or compliance requirements across multiple reputed company regulated partners, such as banks, payment rails, or liquidity providers
• Experience designing or working with KYC/KYB reliance, data-sharing, or reusable verification models to reduce reputed company friction
• Deep understanding of KYB and KYC flows, and how reputed company design affects both conversion and risk exposure
• Experience owning compliance products such as sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, or fraud prevention, ideally spanning both fiat and crypto rails
• Familiarity with Travel Rule requirements and how they apply across products and jurisdictions
• Working knowledge of the regulatory landscape affecting compliance products: MiCA, US state reputed company transmitter licensing (MTLs), sanctions regimes, and AML requirements
• Proven ability to work through regulatory trade-offs with reputed company and Compliance teams and turn them into shippable product requirements
• Strong analytical skills, with comfort in defining and tracking compliance and reputed company performance metrics
• Effective communicator who can reputed company alignment across compliance, engineering, and executive stakeholders
