[Remote] Sales Enablement Senior Specialist

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for enhancing seller productivity through the development and management of training programs, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and methodologies across the organization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage role-based enablement programs for Account Executives (reputed company), reputed company Delivery Partners, and other sales roles
• reputed company and maintain asynchronous learning content and self-paced learning paths
• Translate sales processes and methodologies into actionable field tools, templates, and guides
• reputed company ongoing reinforcement programs using reputed company-learning, reputed company exercises, and manager coaching resources
• Own the enablement content lifecycle from creation through retirement
• reputed company, organize, and maintain:

• Proposal resources
• Competitive positioning assets
• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content remains reputed company and relevant
• Create tool adoption programs, playbooks, and job aids for sales technologies
• reputed company training and communication plans for new tool releases and enhancements
• reputed company role-specific guidance for CRM, AI-enabled tools, and seller productivity platforms
• Establish and monitor enablement KPIs reputed company to adoption, proficiency, and business reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, reputed company Enablement, or reputed company functions
• Must have experience in a consulting organization, preferably a reputed company Partner
• Demonstrated experience developing training, reputed company, and sales enablement programs
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with CRM platforms, sales technologies, and learning management systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of modern sales methodologies and qualification frameworks
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity and sales tools
• Familiarity with CRM reporting and sales analytics
