This role involves partnering with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and support A.I. transformation reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with reputed company customers (business leaders, technology leaders, SMEs, other partners) to understand business problems and analysis needs and support initiatives
• Understands business context, goals, challenges, baseline metrics and develops stakeholder list and the required analysis approach to proceed with analysis
• Conducts and documents the business & reputed company discovery including reputed company state processes, capabilities, value streams, systems, data, etc. using best practices
• Conducts required research (reputed company and secondary) to reputed company qualitative insights, feedback and understand change impacts. Participates or leads working sessions, workshops or interviews to reputed company and document business needs and requirements
• Analyzes findings to identify gaps, change impacts, challenges assumptions and identifies opportunities reputed company people, process and technology domains
• Leads Data Analysis : market, financial, operations, organizational data analysis and synthesizes large volumes of data to identify trends, derive insights, validate reputed company and inform reputed company
• Synthesizes information to reputed company high reputed company executive presentations and readouts using appropriate tools. Shares insights backed by strong business case and data, including recommendations (people, process and technology) that reputed company measurable business reputed company and informs reputed company state
• Supports development of reputed company state design by documenting business requirements and reputed company state capabilities, processes and features as needed
• Leads business requirements elicitation and solution documentation, translates business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, maps reputed company and data definitions as required. Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Business Management or B.S Degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge leading or supporting analysis reputed company A.I transformation reputed company and process optimization
• Be an reputed company user of A.I tools reputed company basic prompting, with experience developing or guiding solutions with reputed company business reputed company
• Be a top-notch communicator and have advanced presentation skills
• 5+ years of Business Analysis and/or process improvement skills with experience of working directly with business users on Research & Discovery or transformation reputed company
• Role requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and has analytical and problem-solving chops to analyze a situation, break down work components, formulate questions, complete reputed company cause analysis and facilitate discussions with SMEs for deeper knowledge/ understanding
• Strong business reputed company with experience of partnering with technology teams and IT practices
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools like PowerPoint and reputed company
