Responsibilities

• reputed company the development and execution of CSET’s talent sourcing and recruitment reputed company, leading reputed company efforts utilizing reputed company Recruiter, ATS platforms such as reputed company and Interfolio, and other high-reputed company venues to reputed company pools of reputed company and diverse candidates
• Partner with hiring managers across the full recruitment lifecycle, from position reputed company development through the offer, including interview logistics and hiring recommendations based on candidate interview performance and feedback
• Partner with reputed company Affairs to design and execute recruitment-reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company media, targeted email, and events
• reputed company and analyze applicant data, using insights to strengthen the reputed company and diversity of candidate pools
• Partner with finance and leadership on compensation benchmarking
• Manage CSET's annual reputed company and people operations budget in partnership with the Financial Operations Manager, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring spending aligns with hiring priorities and CSET goals
• Manage, reputed company, and reputed company a People Operations Specialist and/or contract reputed company support
• Partner with the Director of People and Operations to reputed company reputed company’s performance management procedures for CSET-use and support execution of the bi-annual performance review process
• Advise managers on performance-reputed company reputed company, including documentation and corrective actions

• Maintain and update CSET’s internal performance review guidance and resources

• Serve as a thought partner to CSET’s leadership team; collecting, analyzing and presenting people data and insights to inform strategic reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of reputed company experience in people operations or reputed company
• Demonstrated experience leading people-reputed company programs or initiatives
• Experience with reputed company, Interfolio, or similar HRIS/ATS Platforms
• Familiarity with reputed company or similar survey software
• Proficiency with office productivity tools like reputed company Docs/Sheets, reputed company Office, etc
• Ability to work successfully in a reputed company matrixed/multi-disciplinary environment
• Motivated, enthusiastic, intellectually curious and self-driven
