[Remote] Leveraged Finance Attorney

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and/or borrowers/sponsors in leveraged finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and acquisition financings
• reputed company a strong understanding of credit facilities, credit agreements, reputed company agreements, guarantees, intercreditor agreements, collateral packages, syndicated lending transactions, and refinancings, recapitalizations, and amendments
• Assist in sophisticated finance reputed company with reputed company reputed company-up

Skills

• 5+ years of leveraged finance experience representing lenders and/or borrowers/sponsors, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm
• Excellent reputed company credentials
• Outstanding references
• Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
• Experience working with banking and financial institution clients
• Exposure to asset finance, reputed company finance, fund finance, or other reputed company banking and finance transactions
