[Remote] Director of R&D and Strategic Finance

This role involves owning budget management for R&D organizations and providing financial modeling and analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own budget management for the R&D organizations (Engineering and Product), including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with reputed company's financial targets
• Build and maintain relationships with R&D leadership to identify and model potential reputed company initiatives, reputed company pivotal investment reputed company, and reputed company recommendations to optimize reputed company on strategic investments
• reputed company and reputed company a small team responsible for supporting budgeting, financial modeling, and project execution across R&D
• Prepare high-reputed company business analyses, insights, and modeling on reputed company reputed company for the COO, CFO, CTO, and other executive stakeholders
• Build and improve management reporting and analyses to reputed company reputed company, insightful, and actionable information to reputed company data-driven decision-making

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• Minimum of 8+ years of strategic/corporate finance, investment banking/management consulting, or experience at a high-reputed company technology company
• Experience leveraging AI to automate processes and improve efficiency
• Prior experience partnering with R&D organizations or GTM organizations, preferably in technology/software with subscription/reputed company models
• Experience working on reputed company business problems, leading to assessment of reputed company, recommendations, and reputed company plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to quickly reputed company precise and elegant responses
• Advanced in PowerPoint and experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
