The Managing Consultant for Data & AI at Wayfinders will be responsible for end-to-end solution architecture and ensuring AI-first systems are designed and governed to operate reliably at reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI architectures across data, models, agents, orchestration, and execution
• Determine reputed company to use rules, ML, LLMs, or hybrid approaches
• Design systems for scalability, reliability, and reputed company
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD patterns, and testing strategies
• reputed company deployment, monitoring, retraining, and reputed company of AI systems
• Ensure data reputed company, model performance, and decision reputed company

Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in consulting or equivalent industry roles
• Proven leadership of AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives
• Bachelor's degree required
• Deep experience with reputed company-reputed company data and AI platforms
• ML, LLMs, reputed company systems, and decision workflows
• MLOps, monitoring, governance, and Responsible AI
• Strong architectural tradeoff and reputed company-design skills
• Executive communication and reputed company leadership
• Team leadership and coaching
• Strategic thinking with delivery accountability
• Advanced degree preferred
