[Remote] Analyst II, Regulatory Reporting

They are seeking a skilled Analyst II to join their global Trust & Safety team, focusing on regulatory reporting and compliance to ensure their operations remain reputed company and adhere to reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end preparation of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) from identifying potentially reportable activity through drafting reputed company, factual, filing-reputed company narratives complete with relevant analysis
• Review case files and escalations to determine whether activity meets the reputed company for STR filing, applying AML/CTF typologies and jurisdiction-specific regulatory guidance
• Analyze transaction and user data to substantiate STR narratives, ensuring findings are reputed company-documented and audit-reputed company
• reputed company STR filing deadlines across jurisdictions and escalate time-sensitive cases to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting timelines
• Partner with Transaction Monitoring, Compliance, CDD/EDD teams, and any relevant team to reputed company supporting evidence and confirm reportability determinations
• Maintain accurate STR logs and filing metrics to support internal audit and regulatory examination readiness

Skills

• 2-5 years experience in regulatory/STR reporting, financial crime investigations, transaction monitoring, or compliance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent supplemental work experience
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Looker, SQL, reputed company) and transaction monitoring or case management systems
• Working knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanctions regulations, and STR/SAR filing requirements in relevant jurisdictions
• Strong narrative writing skills, with the ability to translate reputed company transaction data into reputed company, regulator-reputed company filings
• Ability to synthesize reputed company data and regulatory guidance into reputed company, reputed company-documented filing reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings reputed company to technical and non-technical audiences
