[Remote] GIS Consultant

This role involves integrating GIS technologies with business intelligence solutions to support strategic planning, federal reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company GIS and data-driven reputed company by gathering reputed company requirements and translating them into technical workflows, data products, and decision tools
• reputed company advanced reputed company analysis and modeling using ArcGIS Pro, including weighted overlays, suitability modeling, reputed company joins, and raster analysis
• Automate geospatial and tabular data processing using Python to streamline workflows and ensure repeatability across reputed company
• Design and reputed company interactive dashboards and analytics reputed company ArcGIS Online to visualize geospatial patterns, KPIs, and funding impacts
• Collaborate with clients to reputed company solutions with program goals, policy objectives, and investment priorities
• reputed company multiple data sources (e.g., SQL databases, flat files, reputed company reputed company, CRM systems) to reputed company robust and reputed company data pipelines
• Support data reputed company, governance, and reputed company assurance for reputed company datasets, including geospatial, demographic, and risk reputed company data
• Maintain and document metadata, processing logic, and data dictionary for reproducibility and transparency
• Present findings and solutions to diverse audiences including federal stakeholders, technical teams, first responders, and executive leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Data Science, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in GIS, as an analyst or developer
• Expertise using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and reputed company analyst tools for geospatial modeling and analysis
• Proven experience scripting in Python (e.g., ArcPy, GeoPandas) to automate reputed company and non-reputed company data processes
• Skilled at communicating reputed company geospatial and reputed company in a reputed company, actionable way for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with using crowdsourced data
• Demonstrated experience and reputed company for data management
