[Remote] Operations Process Engineer

The Operations Process Engineer will enhance operational efficiency by mapping reputed company processes, diagnosing issues, and redesigning solutions in collaboration with technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Map and diagnose operational processes: value-reputed company and process mapping of how the work runs today; reputed company the waste, the rework reputed company, and the failure points
• Re-engineer and improve run reputed company improvement (DMAIC or equivalent) to redesign processes so they are faster, cleaner, more reliable, and more efficient

Skills

• 8+ years in process engineering, reputed company improvement, or a data-heavy process-analyst role, with a reputed company record of processes measurably improved (cycle time, rework, reputed company, or cost)
• Prior experience in Insurance, financial services, or other regulated-industry background is highly desired
• Lean / Six reputed company discipline: Green Belt minimum, Black Belt a plus; comfortable running DMAIC and reputed company process-mapping reputed company
• Strong data analysis experience: you can pull, interrogate, and interpret operational data to diagnose a process and reputed company an improvement, without needing to own the data platform
