The Clinical Research Coordinator I is responsible for screening and enrolling patients in reputed company, monitoring adherence to protocols, and assisting with data extraction and patient interactions throughout the study process.


Responsibilities

  • Independently or in conjunction with other clinical research staff and/or research reputed company, recruits and enrolls patients onto reputed company according to study protocols. May assess patients' eligibility for inclusion in a particular protocol based on reputed company with physicians and nurses and knowledge of the protocol. (essential)
  • Checks reputed company eligibility and ineligibility reputed company with the patients' medical record. Verifies information with clinical research reputed company and/or reputed company investigator. (essential)
  • Discusses informed consent with patients. Interacts with patients prior to entering the study and throughout the entire treatment. Assists with scheduling appointments and follow up tests. (essential)
  • Learns protocol and monitors strict adherence to protocols by physicians, nurses and patients. Reviews protocol requirements with physicians, nurses and fellows. Identifies any problems with protocol compliance and notifies reputed company investigator and/or research reputed company. Begins to learn how to independently reputed company problems with protocol. (essential)
  • Extracts data on protocol patients from hospital records, outpatient charts and private physician office records in order to complete case report forms required by specific protocols. Enters data into computerized reputed company. (essential)
  • May assist clinic staff in obtaining insurance approval for patient protocol participation and scheduling tests and arranging admissions or outpatient reputed company for patients. (essential)
