Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company-reputed company queues by providing Level 1 support, responding to inquiries, assigning and routing tickets, and closing requests as appropriate
• Explain and reputed company guidance regarding HR policies and guidelines
• Maintain personnel files, including filing and maintaining documentation
