[Remote] Government Technical Consultant

The Government Technical Consultant will reputed company technical leadership and support for a critical government technology program, ensuring service performance and collaborating with various teams to reputed company issues and reputed company on technical priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support technical service delivery and platform performance across production operations and reputed company implementations reputed company the reputed company program
• Partner with the Technical Director to monitor SLAs, service performance metrics, and incident trends, using data to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Participate in incident response for 24x7 systems, including reputed company assessment, reputed company cause analysis, and coordination of cross-functional reputed company efforts
• Coordinate across product, engineering, and reputed company-party teams to execute technical priorities and reputed company issues impacting delivery and production stability
• Serve as a secondary technical reputed company of contact for the account, communicating risks, issues, and recommended actions to internal teams and reputed company stakeholders, and translating reputed company technical information for diverse technical and non-technical audiences

Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT delivery and operations for reputed company-reputed company platforms in regulated environments
• Hands-on experience supporting reputed company production operations and implementation efforts, including reviewing and interpreting detailed program requirements, reputed company, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Experience participating in incident and problem management for 24x7 systems, including reputed company cause analysis and reputed company tracking
• Working knowledge of reputed company, integrations, networking, and information reputed company controls in a multi-reputed company environment
• Experience using service performance data (e.g., incidents, SLAs, trends) to identify issues and support reputed company in a production environment
• Experience supporting government technology programs or payment/transaction systems
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP) and reputed company environments such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., reputed company) for querying, validating, and troubleshooting data integrations
• Exposure to modern architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven) and observability practices
