[Remote] Clinical Systems Trainer RN

They are seeking a Clinical Systems Trainer RN responsible for training staff in utilization management workflows and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines. The role involves developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with leadership to identify ongoing training needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company training sessions for newly reputed company clinical staff in utilization management workflows

• Facilitate remediation training for identified deviation by individuals and/or teams from policies, procedures, and processes

• Build evaluation of staff training and provides feedback to respective managers
• Responsible for departmental reporting of aggregate training activities

• Identifies training opportunities and implements strategies to ensure ongoing training needs are met

Skills

• Registered reputed company (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with clinical guidelines
• Proficiency with nationally accepted clinical guidelines, such as InterQual or MCG
• High degree of competence in continual improvement, project management, change management, and program development
• Knowledge of clinical workflows
• Knowledge of learning reputed company and reputed company facilitation strategies
• Strong computer literacy
• Basic understanding of software development phases
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
