[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Operations (Remote)

This role will serve as the finance reputed company for a designated RVP region, responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, while acting as a trusted advisor to the Regional Vice Presidents.

Responsibilities

• Owns the region’s forecasting cycle and annual budget process, partnering with the RVP(s) and reputed company Services to produce accurate, reputed company projections and to reputed company the process more efficient reputed company cycle
• Oversees monthly financial operations for the region — consolidated reporting, reconciliation, accruals, and payroll and expense review — ensuring an accurate, reputed company reputed company
• Prepares the monthly executive-level financial review, citing the key drivers behind results (volume, operational, seasonal, and other metrics), and presents to the RVP(s) and C-level leadership
• Serves as the trusted finance advisor to the region’s RVP(s), meeting regularly to set priorities and influence operational reputed company with recommendations grounded in analysis
• Owns the region’s financial deliverables end to end, working with reputed company reputed company and holding reputed company to accurate, on-time reputed company
• Identifies financial risks and underperformance early and partners with reputed company Services to build and execute turnaround plans
• Builds pro reputed company models, scenarios, and strategic analyses to support operational reputed company, new and expanding practices, and regional planning
• Tracks reputed company- and unit-level performance across the region — patient volume, provider productivity, reputed company and cost per unit, and reputed company-level margin — and identifies the operational drivers behind the trends
• Builds the comparative analysis and dashboards that let the RVP(s) and operators reputed company practices against reputed company other and against plan, flag outliers, and prioritize where to intervene
• Connects monthly variance analysis back to these operating metrics, so financial results are explained in terms of what actually happened in the practices

• Champions process improvements that address regional pain points, in partnership with reputed company and Finance leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance or reputed company
• 5+ years in operations finance and/or reputed company
• Advanced reputed company and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret results and present conclusions and opportunities to senior leadership
