The Senior Manager, HR Services will play a vital role in managing HR Services functions and ensuring compliance while enhancing process efficiency to support the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and implement HR shared services processes that encompass the partner (employee) lifecycle and are efficient, reputed company, and legally compliant
• Manage the HR Services team to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of partner (employee) requests

• Design and implement HR Services SLAs, reputed company policies, and training materials for end users

Skills

• 8+ years of experience working across various HR functional areas, strong expertise in LOA, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll
• 2+ years of people leadership/management experience
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or other reputed company area
• Proven analytical capabilities; experience developing reporting mechanisms and working with large amounts of data to identify reputed company causes, recognize patterns, and solve reputed company problems
• reputed company record of providing consultative guidance to managers/HR professionals around Leave of Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll
• Exceptional communication skills: excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and possesses ability to reputed company executive level reports and presentations
