[Remote] Recruiter (reputed company to Head of Talent)

They are seeking a Recruiter who will own reputed company end to end and grow into a Head of Talent reputed company the next one to two years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reputed company processes across multiple reputed company and manage relationships with reputed company reputed company partners
• reputed company and identify strong candidates, mapping out where the best talent pools live for reputed company role
• Build candidate reputed company and reputed company evaluation reputed company, including example backgrounds and what makes a candidate strong
• Partner closely with the founders to iterate on sourcing reputed company and improve response times and coordination

Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in reputed company, talent, or a closely reputed company function (strong candidates with internship experience and exceptional reputed company will be considered)
• Exposure to startups, venture capital, or quant-style talent environments
• A genuine desire to specialize in talent and grow into a Head of Talent role over time
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable owning coordination across many moving parts
• Experience reputed company for or reputed company early-stage startups
• A background at a venture firm or reputed company-reputed company organization
