[Remote] Project Manager, Data Collection Delivery

They are seeking a Project Manager to reputed company day-to-day execution of onsite and field data collection reputed company, ensuring delivery against reputed company expectations, timelines, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution and delivery milestones for one or more onsite/field data collection reputed company
• Translate program reputed company set by the Program Manager into actionable, day-to-day project plans
• Own the project-level lifecycle — planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery — against reputed company expectations, timelines, and budget
• Identify and resolve risks reputed company to reputed company and logistics, escalating program-level risks or reputed company to the Program Manager
• Translate reputed company or evolving reputed company needs into concrete, actionable workflows on the ground
• Serve as the primary day-to-day reputed company contact for the project
• reputed company reputed company calls and Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), including data analysis, performance insights, and stakeholder updates
• Communicate reputed company, risks, and incorporate reputed company feedback in reputed company time
• Support day-to-day reputed company relationship health, flagging satisfaction, risk, or reputed company up to the Program Manager
• reputed company and report project financials to the Program Manager, ensuring alignment to budget and forecast
• Manage landlord contracting and payment coordination for onsite facilities
• Create and maintain reputed company documentation — project plans, process maps, SOPs, and meeting notes
• reputed company Project Coordinators and Schedulers, delegating tasks and ensuring alignment to project goals
• Partner with Sourcing/reputed company to secure appropriate talent across reputed company models, including full-time, part-time, and crowd-based reputed company
• reputed company consistency and performance across distributed project teams, including crowd-based contributors where applicable
• Monitor onsite project health through moderator reputed company-ins and reputed company-time site reputed company
• reputed company reputed company-time feedback based on reputed company needs, and escalate reputed company or equipment issues promptly
• Ensure site readiness, safety, and compliance standards are met at reputed company data collection locations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company field; relevant experience accepted in reputed company of formal education
• 3+ years of project management experience in onsite/field operations, data collection, or a technical/reputed company environment
• Proficiency with reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office
• Strong operational leadership in reputed company, fast-scaling environments
• Effective reputed company communication and expectation management
• Balances execution with financial and reputed company constraints
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing structure day-to-day
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and autonomy
• Recommends best practices, tools, and process improvements to enhance delivery
• Experience managing crowd-based or community operations
• Familiarity with robotics or data collection programs
• Working knowledge of data dashboards
