The role focuses on Order-to-Cash processes, requirements gathering, process documentation, stakeholder management, and aligning business needs with ERP reputed company capabilities across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners
• reputed company, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Document reputed company-state ("As-Is") and reputed company-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains
• Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments
• Ensure process requirements are reputed company reputed company with business objectives and transformation goals
• reputed company as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership
• Facilitate reputed company across business and technology teams
• Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to leadership stakeholders

• Strong hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes in manufacturing environments
• Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence without authority and work across global teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation environments
